RemarksSorry my information is very inexact. I have only just found your website and didn't write anything down at the time. I worried that it might be a plane coming down. The sound had something in common with a hot air balloon but it moved much too fast for that. Though I didn't see it, my impression was that it was on fire and I looked over at the tops of the trees but they were all OK so it must have been higher than that. Delayed reaction as well, nothing like this has happened before. I've been looking to see if there are any other reports, nothing as yet.

RemarksI only heard it, it went by too fast to get out to see it. Thought at first that my neighbours had a large tanker come to deliver oil, then it became extremely loud and seemed to move right above me. I heard it go apparently over the sea into the distance.
